1. DEFINITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.as2.ae website (the “Service”) operated by AS2 ELECTRONICS (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. SHIPPING

We aim to process and ship your orders latest by the same or the next working day of receiving your order. Once the order has been shipped, it can take between 1-3 days to receive the order in UAE. Customized products can take 7-10 days shipping but we try to deliver as soon as possible (within 4 days).

For international orders, we use emirates post which is affiliated with DHL. Shipping charges charged from customers are according to the emirates post. The time period mentioned on the checkout page is the average time it takes to deliver the item, but in some consequences, the delivery may be late, it’s not under our control and we will not be responsible for that. AS2 will just ship the Item from here with the service selected by the customer.

CUSTOM DUTY (International Orders)

The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to pay Customs Duties or fees as levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate what they may be. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (14-21 working days). In any condition, if the recipient is failed to claim the product, is unable to receive it, or is unable to provide relevant documents, AS2 will not be responsible for such loss and the fund will not be refunded.

4. RETURNS

Our refund policy is 5 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and payment transaction costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Along with this refund fee is 5AED with is paid by the customer. This fee may change with time as per bank policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the item back to AS2 ELECTRONICS. For the customer’s convenience, AS2 ELECTRONICS may be able to provide an option for collection via courier at a nominal rate.

5. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and customized items cannot be refunded.

6. WARRANTY POLICY

We really hope that you’re happy with your purchase! Should you have a problem with your purchase, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 1 month only for products manufactured by AS2.

In most cases, the warranty is provided by the official manufacturer and their service center. This ensures that the product is managed by trained professionals and with utmost care.

For any AS2 manufactured products with an issue, the customer can either return the item at the AS2 ELECTRONICS office, or we can arrange for a pick up that will be charged at a nominal rate.

7. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

10. CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
