We deliver within 99 minutes in Dubai on all orders received between 10 AM-4 PM On working days. In other states of UAE, our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using Emirates Post. To return your product, you should mail your product to our Kiosk Mercato Shopping Mall, Jumairah, Dubai 16186.
Our refund policy is 5 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over AED100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate what they may be, so calculate these charges by yourself before placing an order, you may be asked to pay when the product arrives and you cant return it without receiving it. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (14-21 working days). In any condition, if the recipient is failed to claim the product, is unable to receive it, or is unable to provide relevant documents, AS2 will not be responsible for such loss and the fund will not be refunded.
