We deliver on the same day in Dubai on all orders received on working days before 6 PM. In other states of UAE, our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using Emirates Post. To return your product, you should mail your product to our Kiosk Mercato Shopping Mall, Jumairah, Dubai 16186.

Our return policy is 3 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be only in the form of credit/coupons that can be used on our website for shopping.
