What Shipping Methods Are Available?
At this moment we accept local and international orders both. For the orders which are placed and are to be delivered locally within Dubai & the United Arab Emirates, the local couriers will be used such as Aramex, etc.
Self Pick Up of the Items are also possible in case a user is willing to visit any of our branches.
For international orders, we are using emirates post and DHL with the fastest shipping which delivers 3-5 working days mostly and provides tracking ID.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, We are shipping internationally but make sure your country is included in the drop-down list while placing an order.
We deliver on the same day in Dubai on all orders received on working days before 7 PM PM. In other states of UAE, our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using Emirates Post. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (4-21 working days on average).

How Can I Return a Product?
Our return policy is 3 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be only in the form of credit/coupons that can be used on our website for shopping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
