We deliver on the same day in Dubai on all orders received on working days before 6 PM. In other states of UAE, our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using Emirates Post. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (4-10 working days on average).  Customized Products Take 4 Additional Working Days. To return your product, you should mail your product to our Kiosk Mercato Shopping Mall, Jumairah, Dubai 16186.

Our return policy is 3 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be only in the form of credit/coupons that can be used on our website for shopping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund coupon, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over AED100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to pay Customs Duties or fees as levied by the destination country that is not included in the amount you paid to us while placing the order. We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate what they may be, so calculate these charges by yourself before placing an order, you may be asked to pay when the product arrives and you cant return it without receiving it. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (14-21 working days). In any condition, if the recipient is failed to claim the product, is unable to receive it, or is unable to provide relevant documents, AS2 will not be responsible for such loss and the fund will not be refunded.
